## Tools
- recent_quakes (free): FREE. Earthquakes M2.5+ within 100 km of a US ZIP in the last 30 days — top 3 by magnitude.
- seismic_history (Pro): PRO. Earthquake history near a ZIP over N years (default 20): counts by magnitude band, strongest events, risk signal.
- sites_check (Pro): PRO. Recent quakes (last N days) near up to 25 ZIPs — facilities, insured properties, data centres.

## Buying (agents)
1. POST https://us-earthquake-alerts-mcp.donniertf.workers.dev/checkout -> {checkout_url, session_id}. A human (or a payment-capable agent) completes Stripe Checkout at checkout_url.
2. GET https://us-earthquake-alerts-mcp.donniertf.workers.dev/token?session_id=... -> {access_token}.
3. Send Authorization: Bearer <access_token> to https://us-earthquake-alerts-mcp.donniertf.workers.dev/mcp (or pass access_token in tool arguments).
